Ok, well, I FINALLY graduated college!! YAY! It took awhile, but I only took as many classes as I could afford. It was a longer process, but it worked! I mean, I even paid for a trip to Japan (twice!) for myself.

I went through a lot during those years, and I'm ready to start a new chapter in my life. I'm currently looking for a career, and I already had one interview! I didn't get it, but the interviewer was really impressed with me, and I was down to the last 2 people. There is something I would really like to do, but I can't do that quite yet. There are things here that are keeping me where I am. That's ok, though.

Anyways, I'm ready for my life to change, and I'm gonna start kickin ass and taking names. :D

Oh, and I'm currently saving up for a trip to New Zealand and Australia next year!!!

Mom passed away today around 11:30. We took her off her breathing machine and stopped the adrenaline that was keeping her blood pressure up. Will post funeral details when I receive them.

I had the day off yesterday, and I didn't have to do a lot, so I watched movies. Two of them were Batman Beyond and Matrix Reloaded. I only half watched them because I was doing stuff around the house at the same time.

Well, I went to bed and I had a dream that I was in a group of vigilantes. It was freakin sweet. I pulled off some sweet moves and I moved around undetected. I busted some guy that was selling cocaine to people. I was awesome! We did more beating of the bad guys than anything.. but it was cool! ^_^

On Saturday (yesterday) I got to see His Holiness the Dalai Lama give a lecture on engaging wisdom and compassion.

It was a once in a lifetime thing to do, and when I heard he was coming to Ann Arbor, I jumped at the chance to get tickets. I never thought I would ever be able to see him in real life or hear him give a lecture. It was overwhelming!

Unfortunately, I was only there for Saturday. He continued his lecture on Sunday and even answered questions. I had a bit of a hard time staying away because the arena was SO hot! I can't believe they didn't turn on the air.

Anyways, it was an honor to be able to at least go to one lecture, and I really did learn a lot!

Ok, I've been meaning to update for awhile. Now I can!

Last friday started off my fun weekend. I dropped off a project and then went to the mall with Debbie. We had our nails done, but I felt really bad cuz the guy hurt Debbie! T_T Then Debbie helped me pick out some accessories. After that I dropped her off at Paul's work and I went home and waited for Phil to pick me up.

Phil and I went out to Lansing to celebrate Caitlin's JET interview. I do hope she gets accepted! *hearts* Her, Chris, Phil, and I went to Ai Fusion and ate some delicious foods! Then we went to Caitlin's apartment where I got really cold and tried to play with a prickley hog. She was so fussy and prickly!

Saturday was great! It was Josh and Rachel's wedding. So Phil and I got all pretty and went out. The wedding was beautiful! I'm so happy for them! ^^ <3 It was sooo fun to get together with friends and dance and have tons of fun!

I spent Saturday night at Phil's house and it was nice cuz on Sunday morning Dan made a very delicious breakfast! *extra big hearts from my belly* Phil and I were heading to the mall after that and I made him stop at Hollywood video. They're closing and had everything on sale. I bought 3 new games. Lego Star Wars, Dawn of Mana, and Zelda: Phantom Hourglass. I've been addicted to Dawn of Mana. It's really challenging! I play Lego Star Wars with Phil when he comes over. Leia keeps slapping his character.. hahaha!

The lunar eclipse was beautiful last night! I used my binoculars to see it and then my dad got out his telescipe. I'm so happy Michigan weather was not cloudy so we could see it!

I was not working today, but my bank was robbed. Everyone was ok, but it is a lil freaky. I'm also a little bummed that I wasn't there.

Happy Valentine's Day!

I hope it's good for those of you who have someone to celebrate it with. For those of you who don't, don't get down because I love you!!! I'm sure lots of others out there love you too! :D

Phil took me to Johnny Carino's last night. He gave me a beautiful necklace. I love it! Many bit <3's to Caitlyn for helping him pick it out. It was so nice!! :D Thank you Phil! <3 <3 <3

Last night was Josh's bachelor party. We went to On the Border and then we went to Gameworks. All around it was a great time!

At On the Border we ate some great food and had some hilarious conversations!

We went to Gameworks and that was really fun too! I have only been there once before, and it was a looong time ago. Brent was awesome and bought us all a card. Then it was time to play. I got so excited that they had UFO catchers there. I won a thumper on my first try!!! I screamed and now Paul can only win out of one ear. hehe. I had a superman shot for the first time.. it was yummy! I also got to race my horsie and he got first twice! :D I played DDR too! I haven't played in so long and I almost died!

Anyways, I had a great time! It was soooo much fun to hang out with my friends, I haven't hung out with them in a long time. I miss hanging out with them like that.

Man, driving home from school sucked yesterday. For one, it rained ALL day in Ypsilanti yesterday. I was so soaked. Just walking around was dangerous.. and it was cold!!!

So, when it was time for me to finally leave, the snow had started. The whole way home the freeways had at least an inch of ice on them. I just drove slow, but one guy decided to be a jerk and try to merge to the right lane, before the lanes actually merged. He basically spun out right in front of me. But, I'm a good driver and I was going slow.. so I just let off the gas and he just kept sliding.. then I passed him.

In the end it took me 2 hours to get home. The worst part was the whole backup before I even got on the freeway. Right around WCC and St. Joes Hospital was the worst backup ever! I'm glad I made it home safe though.. then I just got and snuggled up in my bed and played around on my laptop.
